Youth Center Postojna in cooperation with the Institute for Electronic Participation (INePA) invites young people to attend a workshop on fake news. The workshop will take place on May 14 at 2 pm at the premises of the Youth Center Postojna (Vilharjeva ulica 14, Postojna).
Participants of the workshop will learn first-hand what are fake news, how to identify them, and in what ways journalists handle them.
The workshop will feature invited presentations and discussions with Sonja Merljak Zdovc (youth newspaper Časoris editor), Member of the European Parliament and former journalist Tanjo Fajon, former journalist Irena Joveva and journalist Klara Škrinjar.
In the second part of the workshop, participants will learn how to recognize fake news.
The workshop is intended for young people, youth workers, students and others who are interested in the topic.
